Pro Viewer for photos with hotspots - Overview
As you see from the demo, you can add rich hotspots to your pictures. Hotspot content includes images, text, geometric shapes, free-form image contours, animations, sound and video. You could design hotspot layouts in Microsoft Expression Blend or use the Hotspot Editor to add, update, delete, copy, move and position hotspots on your photos.
